Head Chef / Sous
Chef / Kitchen Manager / Food & Beverage Manager
The only
positions that are available to non Tanzanian citizens are those of
Head Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager and Food & Beverage Manager.
Candidates for these positions should have an outstanding track
record in running a successful restaurant or hotel kitchen and be
able to provide a comprehensive application detailing their past

Receptionist
Reception is
required to work in this corporate business orientated hotel
in Dar es Salaam.
The successful candidate must have experience using
“Fidelio” front of house computer software for a minimum of
12 months.
You need to be able to communicate at all levels; you must
be a friendly and approachable person. You need to welcome
hotel guests, communicate over the phone & via email, carry
out check In / Out, handle complements or complaints. Make
the guest feel at home providing a very high standard of
customer service. You will be meeting people from many
different backgrounds, you need to treat them individually
and carry out all other receptionist tasks maintaining
professionalism in busy reception desk paying attention to
detail.
